The Toffee Lady is as Everton as there is. It’s like dropping the tower from the badge. Can’t be done. It’s crazy the club would even consider this. 100 years from now people would be wondering why we’re called the Toffees. If you keep Z-Cars, a show from the 1960’s, but drop the mascot from the 1870’s, you’ve got a real problem there.
