So where and when would you go? Have you already been? What event in history would it be worth changing even if it created a tear in the time/space continuum?
Personally i think I'd go back to Sarajevo in the early 20th century and stop that assassination although it was likely just a spark, and war was inevitable - but all those lives.....
Or alternatively I'd go back and expose Saville for being a kiddy fiddler before the damage was done. Potentially a short trip could somehow stop us from hiring BFS last season.... somehow......

Being a white male, I think I'm with the ignoble Louis CK on time travel.

Caught a bit of Sunday Brunch the other day and Prof Brian Cox was on.

It's impossible to travel back to the past.. but theoretically moving forward in time relative to everyone else on Earth isn't.

I read something from someone (a professor) that stated it was scientifically possible, but you would need a fuel that would propel a vessel faster than the speed of light, which is the impossible part

they also said, if you can get a fuel that can propel you almost to the speed of light, or equal to it, its possible to slow time, which is sort of time travel

that's probably what brian cox means, you can potentially move through time slower than someone else, but cant actually go backwards

See I'd have thought the opposite was true just logistically the past has actually occured and therefore is somewhat tangible yet the future has not yet been defined and therefore does not exist. simple.
