Michael Jamieson just won his 200m breaststroke semi, setting a new British record (beating his own from this morning!) -- perhaps he could get a medal? Think the final's tomorrow.

He looked good, hopefully go better tomorrow.

Jamieson finished in 1st after both semis with the other brit in third. Serious medal(s) chance there and, well, dare we dream of gold?

Didnt use to like her much when she started out, but TBF, she has been excellent. Really good at Wimbledon on 5live too. She does have a passing resemblance to one of the Fat ****s from Viz though.

great stuff.

have to say i'm very impressed with the standard of some of the women's football. there have been some gash moments, but there have been some really good bits. it's definately improved a mass amount in 10 years (still not as good as bend it like beckham though, when's hope powell guna try and sleep with the GB strikers?)
