It's an absolute nonsense...I hate it.

Teams concede goals left right an centre doing it especially teams who blatantly haven't got the personnel to do it.

It's the worst fad in football by a country mile.
Comes across as managers advertising for their next job doesn't it? If Kompany had been a bit more basic last season could they have stayed up? Would he have got the Munich job?
