It makes us sound small time to hear our captain saying that. It's not a massive acheivement by any stretch. It's impressive in the sense that almost everyone out spends us but we still manage to stay in the thick of things but we can do better (Finishing 5th for example) and this attitude will only mean we wont

Patronising at his best,he might as well say we are lucky to be in the premier league-Everton are so predictable that we even knew he would be the 1st one to come out with something-a day or more longer than we thought and then for everton to tell people the fellaini thing was on still even though we had a heads up it was off-no surprise after sat though,can everton not be straight about anything or anyone lol.

Mate I'm not a knee jerk fan and its not faux outrage I'm just fed up of it , Im amongst the calmest & politest posters you'll find . I saw us when we were , by some distance , the best club in the country and we have a manager that said there was 'nothing he could do ' and a captain that says "A CLUB LIKE EVERTON" and you think that's ok ?

I think the outrage is all too real

And this sort of thing isn't about change. It's about venting frustration here so we don't do it elsewhere (taking it out on friends, colleagues, families etc)
