Serious question here, why do you think this thread is so popular? I'm not fishing for compliments here by the way, coz as far as I'm concerned, all of us posting make it what it is, I just did the OP that was it. But nearly 15k posts? Why this thread? How is it still alive? Will it carry on? I'm just interested because some threads on here just stopped even though they were ace, why is this one different?

Because it's the one thread that we can just chat about our lives, whilst having very interesting features such as Groucho's Fact Hunt, that's why I post in it anyway.

It's the new features that keep it fresh. CLH gives everyone an opportunity to get involved in a bit of banter, Groucho's facts are bloody brilliant and it's just fun really.

Darlington is not far from me, like. It's astounding. Two hundred people watching nom league football in a 20,000 person stadium. I would have gone and seen a game but it's like £18 a match so feck that.

I hope it carries on. It has many different features on which many contribute, and even those that don't have a 'feature' still can participate at all times, especially in the epically epic CLH.
As you say, it's about all of us which makes it a perfect microcosm of GOT.
