Ok, let me expand: if it's old fashioned stuff applied with a brush, it will work, but this new fangled spray on foam is useless.

nothing worse than shaving with cold water though even with foam .

I have sensitive skin and use nivea shaving gel, only thing that doesnt bring me out in a rash and lets me shave close to the skin on my neck.

Correct - it's the hot water that does it, not the foam.

I have exactly that, and I understand you using a "sensitive skin" product.

But, having the same problem, I found I've not had any problems since switching to the old fashioned brush and cream. Not had a single cut since using this, about 3 years now.
