Why don't McDonalds sell hot dogs?

They do in Ontario, Canada or somewhere like that.


I've actually just thought of a theory for this. Maybe their biggest competitors used to be those American hot dog diners so people would choose to go to McDonalds over them therefore not want a hot dog, and it's stuck since then.

Plus, hot dogs would require a new machine to all the other burgers and nugget based products.
