We had it on top of a side salad, slightly grilled with a main of Pumpkin ravioli.

Sounds lovely that does.

When you can try the Pitta idea, I can't remember if we do them by cooking the cheese then putting it inside a lightly toasted Pitta or just both at the same time. Pretty sure it's at different times but yeah, give it a blast when you can.
