Roll up roll up, place your bets, who's gonna mention keir vs khan over air quality first... in the communist red corner with cat botherer galloway we have @davek, and in the very hardline tory blue corner we have @peteblue which of these two juggernauts of selective justice will be first to fan the flames and dare even mention boris island...

However, they have very bizarrely been indulging in some mutual man love, over their joint hatred of Sir Kier.

Stalin and Churchill getting it on.

You know they're one and same, right?

Anyway Labour got in with just 9million votes, then promptly pissed off 10million pensioners. Do the maths. A one term government if ever there was one……

So what is the pay of train drivers, GP’s, civil servants, teachers etc, are they all on the breadline like a couple of million pensioners …..

Can only speak of civil servants as I’am one but it has been below inflation for more than a decade.

When I first got in it was a good place to start a career as the pay was better than what you’d get in the private sector.

They private sector had way surpassed the civil service now in terms of pay, which is why our union continue to pressurise the politicians into rectifying that.

For what I do, the pressure of the job, and its importance I don’t feel I’am anywhere near fairy compensated, which is why I’ve gone on unpaid strike to try and change that.

There’s a reason why there are huge staff shortages right across the public sector.

Pay, working conditions, cuts, poor middle management, low morale, are issues right across the board.
