The Journos getting worried about Everton challenging the Top 4 Thread

Pellegrini getting his Arsene Excuses in early - and doing the journos job for them re ignoring Everton:

"I don't know if the word is ridiculous but playing 46 hours from one game to another is not the best thing for the players. They cannot recover in 46 hours.
"All the teams must have the same rest. Arsenal, Tottenham, Chelsea and Liverpool all play on the 26th and 29th. And we play 26th and 28th. It's not fair, it should be the same for all teams."

Not really fair that they get to spend a gazillion quid on their squad and others don't. "It should be the same for all teams..."

I have posted in this thread @ 15:59 when Everton are loosing 0-1. I predict we win 2-1. lets see if this prediction comes true.

There's very good reason why journalists don't take us seriously as top 4 contenders, we don't spend enough on players. It's the exact same reason I don't think Newcastle or Southampton will challenge either, despite their good form this season. The wage table is probably the best league predictor you can get.

I tuned into talkSPORT earlier in the expectation of having a bit of a laugh listening to H and J only to find the truly dreadful Goldstein and someone else filling in for them.

Before I could hit the "off" button, Goldstein said "Kevin Campbell will be coming on shortly" so I decided to stay with the programme until big Kev came on.

Five minutes later Goldsteins says....."now we are joined by former Arsenal striker Kevin Campbell...."......:@

They had problems with the phone connection and when they got him back all they wanted to talk about was how much Moyes "would have to pay for Barkley in January".

Kevin started singing the praises of Ross and was in the middle of telling the bugger Ross wasn't going anywhere in January when the connection was lost again and Goldstein said they wouldn't try getting him back.
