....indeed, off to Aintree tomorrow. Little Eggs has popped home from Dubai on a surprise visit so I'm chasing a ticket for him. Already backed a few in the National (not tips), I have made a few bob from blindly backing anything that Peter Bowen runs and if his wins the National I win a nice few bob.

Backed a couple ante-post at big prices for the Betfred Bowl tomorrow. Just waiting on the final declarations before using some of the pot I've got in my accounts following Cheltenham. Be interested to hear from others.

....the fences are a lot easier than they used to be. Nobody likes to see fallers, especially those of us who follow the sport.

aye, im all for protecting the animals. just annoys me that its Liverpools own racecourse that makes the animal cruelty posters come out.

i mean as much as its a race, its not takeshis castle for horses.
