Up until about a month ago my forum routine was pretty set in stone and had been for some time! I’d visit the Everton forum, read all the new stuff in page one involving players, transfers, etc. Then I’d go into the Ale House have a look round then finally the world forum! I’d probably do this two or three times a day! It’s occurred to me that’s all changed.

These days it’s into the Everton thread, and virtually the only threads I read are the a Club Statement: Coronavirus thread (despite a couple of posters in there), and @Joey66’s picture thread (yup I know!). Then in the Ale House The Word Association thread is one I had barely been in before but now find myself weirdly drawn to! Finally in the a World Forum, the ECHO comment “fears of a witch-hunt “ is genuinely great and a constant reminder of how that lot are so up themselves, self entitled, and so far out of touch it’s untrue! Then while bad stuff is going on the Coronavirus thread in current affairs!

So in the space of a month without really thinking about it, and almost unconsciously, it just shows how unimportant football, players, transfers, etc have become that I really only regularly visit five or six threads!

Anyone else noticed this or is it just me? Take care and stay safe all!

Mods - apologies this was meant to go in the Ale House, sorry!

I hardly ever go in the Everton forum. Hate them. Life has been wonderful without them spoiling it every few days.

Koff Everton
I haven't ventured into the Everton thread for a while as there's no games and I can't see any transfers happening for a while.

In the Ale House I tend to look at the Duncan steps into management, TV series (for inspiration) and Fit Birds.

Then in World Football it's mainly Echo Witch-hunt and the Aldo Diary (hilarious).

It's the threads you least expect that often deliver the gold on this here forum. The joy is in finding them.

Like @tommye, I have made a concious decision to stay away from there because I really don't understand what they could be discussing right now.

At the moment, there's no matches or transfers and very little chance of anything soon, so in reality it must all be pure conjecture. That'll just fuel madness!

I didn't really venture in the EO much before hand that because of the same reasons. Right now, it's the Ale House and Current Affairs.

I rarely pop into Everton threads. I rarely pop into football threads neither. (as a poster rather than staff that is)

I know jack about footballers these days, cant care less about the game these days.

Probably made more posts about Eddie effin Large these last few days ffs.

My standard routine is straight to the Ale House then look for:
Fit Birds
Jokes
Funny Things
Dead Thread
Not Arsed Animals

Then if I can be arsed ill have a peek in Current Affairs to see who's arguing about what and with who
