The Everton Miscellany, Signed Copy

I have a friend with a copy of The Everton Miscellany book, signed by Hickson, Sharp and eight of our current first team players. She is auctioning it for charity and wondering if anybody has any ideas on how much it might fetch so she can put a fair reserve price on it? Any help would be appreciated.
