The implication here is false. I am of course not happy with our financial situation although other clubs are worse. All clubs sell players for a variety of reasons including funding new transfers or because an offer is too good to turn down or the player wants to move on. Pressure from the banks is not the only reason or necessarily a reason why we sold Arteta or anyone else, although if it goes to alleviate a problematic overdraft, that can only be a good thing.
There are no signs that either the players or the manager has lost faith or will lose faith. Please post supporting evidence or how you come to this conclusion.
They are trying times and we need to remain staunch in the face of the difficulties.
I want to see the club sold and Kenwright no longer in charge like many if not most Evertonians. I don't want to see our club and our chairman treated publicly like sh!t by a dubious minority in an attempt to change our financial situation.
Dragging the club through the mud. Disgraceful.
Just look at
moyes and elstones quotes over the years.
Since 2009 its gone from champions league push, silver ware, best squad ive ever had.....to 7th is the best we can do, squad isnt good enough, we cant afford champions league anyway...its all there in blurbs and quotes.
If thats not losing faith over 3 years I dont know what is.
We shouldn't be in this position after all the opportunities left on a plate for the board over the years....champions league, Carling cup semi, fa cup final, Europa league, top 5 finishes....
With each minor success you should take a further step. In 3 years we havent a dropped like a stone
