TBH, i beleive if there is any offence committed and we are talking in either the best and worse case sceaniro of Defamation/Data Protection, for me and i would imagine many it is sunk.

Tell me the parts that arent made up, misrepresnted of false - we could go on all night. We know one thing for certain one party is gone to ground and the other has expressed a possible intent to take legal action.

so its all jarg, were are you getting this from any links? and even if the club wanted to take legal action how are they going to prove it was taped unless they have a copy ,did bill tape the fans? if not it just his word what was said agaist three others, as im sure if they did indeed tape it it has long gone out of harms way, that leaves the club going to court on conjecture, nothing no proof other than bills version of what happened.

I agree with the bold bit, which is why I've said three times now that it's actually a positive for Kenwright and it's good that it's come out for the club, if they opened their eyes a bit to see it as so. You're just on the ultra-defensive I think so you're not really reading what I'm saying as I'm actually not attacking Kenwright here.

I'm going to bet that it's from a secret recording - the guy who helped set up the meeting has basically said so on Twitter hasn't he? I say that because there's a lot of "double-speak" and disjointed statements in the text which suggests it's a transcript from audio or, at the very least, a transcript of shorthand.

Not at all mate, i beleive the article is mirepresneted, i said it 30 seconds after reading it, i also said there were mistruths in it - which there are.

An honest opinion, is there has been a major case of Jarg going on here at worse and a deep misrepresentation at best. The recording thing maybe is an issue or it may just be an old wives tale like Philip Green. How would Bill be able to prove if they had a tape recorder or went from memory?

Either way, something unethical has gone down here by the BU, i would be surprised if the club took it further, it wont go after its own supporters - whats the point.

But the BU have just written their own death warrent IMO and it will be ordinary fans that suffer, just like KEIOC and the AGM's.

Not finished at all. They've put the truth of what Bill thinks/says (a lot of which is untrue) into the public domain. Exactly what a fans group should be doing....repeated dialogue with this particular board will achieve **** all.

It'll just become a ragtag bunch of rambling nobodies with no influence to change anything and nothing to do other than be an online agitation society.

They've had their chance here to establish a professional and organised fans voice to the board and blew it in spectacular fashion.

Any fans grouping which maintains links to this particular board has no credibility. They are much better off having blown their links in one spectacular effort which at least shows the non workings of Kenwright's mind.

EFC and its fans at each others throats, talk of legal action, covert recordings and now nationwide coverage of how f***ed up this great club has now become. The team will now have even more attention focussed upon it it and there will be no team even slightly worried about visiting Goodison this season as they will all see us as a club in crisis and easy targets.
I am as low tonight as i have been sisnce the great relegation let off.

On the plus side, at least we may get more than 5 seconds on MOTD this weekend.

Well said mate, your right, there used to be a dignity about being an Evertonian. In recent years its been lost by many, no matter how bad things got we always looked after our own and us.

Im not tired of the bickering just board of it, lets get the ball out and smash someone.

I felt sorry for Bill Kenwright big time reading that. Waste of time asking questions about rumours of 'where's the money gone', insinuations about people filling their own pockets. Absurd but some decent stuff came out of it. He is clearly trying to do his best and it's obvious we'll sell to buy if we want to 'trade'. I think the players will rally themselves and we'll have a good start to the season. We pay good wages and they love the club. Obviously we need to find new owners eventually and the best way to attract attention is by doing the business on the pitch. Moyes needs to play his part in that by being more positive/creative with the set of players he has. Recognising Barkley's potential and putting him in this pre-season is a very good start. Let's thrash QPR.
