For me that day was the "what about Heysel ?" shouts wasn't it ? Not so much not respecting Hillsborough but anger about the failure to recognise the deaths in Belgium , I could be wrong like I often am

Not sure lad to be honest but even if it was ' about Heysel '.... to some it could easily be seen as disrespecting Hillsborough. Why that game in 01 years after the fact to shout your opinions ? Of course its all half a dozen of one/half dozen of the other but still all very strange.
 
There's something on the echo website, the country hates this part of the world mate. Why I don't have much love back for them either.

Would love independence if it were ever possible
Well said Cena, does anybody remember an April fools in the late 70s, about Liverpool becoming independent and Ken Dodd becoming our leader. I was so excited about it becoming a reality.
