He won't. There's still the minority government option. Every other party campaigning on the get the tories out line have more to lose.

There wouldn't be any need for one. The way the SNP/PC etc. have set up, they will all vote for Labour regardless. Same with DUP/UKIP etc. with the Tories.

I do believe him. The SNP can't vote against the Queen's Speech if Labour put it forward, as it's political suicide for them.

He doesn't need a deal with the SNP, as they have no leverage. All the can do in parliament is vote for Labour measures anyway.

Are you saying that the SNP can't vote in Westminster and help form a govt with a larger party? That's what the argument is all about.

He doesn't need a confidence and supply deal - read my posts from the last couple of days - he will form a minority Government, SNP will not vote against him in a confidence vote to allow the Tories back in power.

He (Miliband) is holding all the aces.

Of course they can - and they will do so; just without any deal.

SNP cannot and will not vote against anything Labour, as they would commit political suicide if they didn't.
