Does anyone know who puts the match teamsheets together at Goodison?

It’s someone in the marketing dept mate. Different person each week. They get printed on an office printer somewhere either inside Goodison or in the office above the souvenir shop depending on the time both teams are issued, who is responsible that day, and where they are at the time.

They hope one of the infinite monkeys whacking away at typewriters in Blue Bill's office lucks out 5 minutes before the time they're due?

"Bobo darling, are you sure we're dropping Andre for Morgan?"
"Eek eek."
"Have a banana. What a chimp!"
