Espanyol was a great shout and I countered with 1860 Munich. Are there any other clubs we could aim at if this board continue to grind our club in to the dust? I cannot think of any English club that has been relegated to lower league is as big as Everton. Whether it means the history, the club size, the fanbase and infrastructure (the new stadium). I would say if Everton are in the Championship, we together create a shocking land-mark history. It’s sad and it will be written into the history book.

This is right up there with both Third Lanark and another suggestion of DWS Amsterdam. Both previous winners of their respective top flights.

That is quite the journey. Last team to win the Eredivisie that don't wear red and white!

They are back up. And Nott Forest too. So Everton must be the biggest club in the lower division.
