Delighted with the team. We're properly boss with loads of options. The best part is we should, in theory, improve from here:

Gibson to come back in.
Jelavic to come back in.
Mirallas is a proper goal threat and he's still to get sharper with more game time.
Oviedo and Naismith to hopefully prove useful players.
Anichebe looking like a proper player (and since late last season too).
Barkley, Vellios, Gueye, Duffy all decent prospects and hopefully one or two of them will come good.
Hopefully get that Belgian lad in in January.

This is the most positive I've been about Everton since Arteta banged in that goal at Fiorentina.

My latest status report on Facebook.....

We're gonna win the league, we're gonna win the league! OK, we're going finish in the top four - I have already have £5 wager with my local Arsenal-supporting Asian off-licensee to that effect (he was warned against selling me any more alcohol by a neighbour who happened to witness the confirming handshake)

It's the most positive I've felt since 1987!

That "pass" on the edge of our box to Coleman that went out for a corner, did you see the look on Colemans face?

He so wanted to rip into Neville but knew he'd be back in the reserves and sold to Hull before he could finish telling Neville how gash he is.

Yeah Coleman is pissed, he thought WTF? Neville is finished. Coleman plays RB and hopefully Ofoe is coming in January.

TBH as a life long blue who seen them win the championship from 1963 onwards this team so far looks so promising the style of football the bench is stronger now - lets not carried away but I feel as if the magic is there, the highest credit I can give that team today was when Ball harvey & kendall used to go to away grounds & play teams off the park like that - the only diference is the defence looks shaky at times.
That has made my day what a very good performance indeed - special mention for Victor he led the line in a way Joe Royle used too full of endevour and running & some great lay offs topped with a great icrucial opening goal!
