if moyes doesnt get the team up for this game after that debacle on thursday theres a problem, however, i cant see that problem occurring. i expect this to be comfortable

Im being very pessimisstic here but I think that we will scrape a draw. A slight hangover from Thursday and the makems are going to be right up for it after we dicked them 7-1. 2-2 draw. :(

---------------Howard-----------------
Hibbert---Yobo---Jagielka---Lescott
---------------Neville------------------
Arteta--------Cahill---------Pienaar--
------Johnson-------Yakubu----------

Subs;
Wessels
Baines
Anichebe
Gravesen
Osman

This is the formation I predict. With two of our CMs out (Osman and Carsley) I think we won't be able to play our 4-5-1, and will go for a 4-4-2 with Nev and Cahill in the middle.

That's what I think will happen, but I'd prefer us to opt for something like this;

Howard
Neville Jagielka Lescott Baines
Arteta Cahill Fernandes Pienaar
Johnson Yakubu

As in an ideal world Manu wouldn't be in a sulk and wouldn't have fallen out with DM and WOULD be available for selection.

This will be a terribly boring game, but I call a 1-0 or 2-1 victory for us.

Alan Wiley is the ref for this game

yes, that alan wiley from the blackburn game a month ago.

and still no sign of clattenburg.

Dont post on any other forum now but still take a gander and some of the wailing and gnashing of teeth is disappointing. Yes, we were well below par on Thursday. Yes, we have left ourselves with a lot to do on Wednesday. However, it is not mission impossible and we can overturn it.

I think some people lose perspective a lot of times. It wasnt so long agao that at this stage of the season, for quite a few seasons, we were sitting here worrying about relegation and getting the map out looking for exotic ground locations in Stoke, Wolverhampton and Preston.

Its been a great season still and there is a lot still to play for. Tough match tomorrow but i have a feeling that Moyes and the team will be intent on bouncing back quickly and getting a good result. While Sunderland have been good at home recently, I believe we have the better side and have the beating of them

You just can't say it any better than that.

Being a Newcastle supporter Clattenburg isn't allowed to referee any NUFC or SAFC games.

Team will be something like this:

Howard

Hibbert Yobo Jagielka Lescott

Arteta Osman Neville Pienaar

Cahill

Yakubu

I'm not positive tomorrow at all. Esoecially with the result at Goodsion Sunderland will be looking for revenge. I'm going for a 1-1 draw with Yakubu scoring.

You and me both mate. we signed like negative fuckers but we obviously know Everton and know the pain they can cause us. Please god let us be wrong.

Im pretty sure that you guys will be wrong, isnt Ossie out for this match with an injury? which cant make matters any better for us, with one of our attacking midfielders out!?
God i hope Manny has put his dummy back in and him and DM have kissed and made up!

4-4-2 would be nice, if Osman is not fits let's give Fernandes another run in the side, can't wait to see the line up, that's only another 6 hours to go.

Team:

Howard

Hibbo Jag Yobo Lescott

Arteta Cahill Neville Pienaar

AJ Yak

Think Sunderland will feel the backlash of thurs defeat today and with 2 upfront we are certainly going for it so i will go for SAFC 0 - EFC 4
