What's impressed me is that when something isn't working, Koeman makes a swift change and so far, that usually changes our fortunes.

Yes it's a massive difference from the past 2 seasons where we wouldn't see a sub until the 80th minute if we were lucky.

Koeman has a no nonsense approach, if you're not performing, you're coming off no matter how long the match has been played and it's refreshing to see us being happy to switch things around if it's not going our way.

Not to mention all these points against the mid/bottom table teams, these points will be priceless come the end of the season and will be the difference between us getting into Europe or not, it means there's not as much pressure when we get the big teams so we can play more naturally.
