Lets face it, a loan with obligation is a purchase anyway isn`t it, just the players value sits in the sellers club for the loan season.

It depends what trigers the obligation. If there are no trigers only time then it would be a purchase but normally it is based on appearances or starts or being available to start. That way it doesnt need to be accounted for until trigger met. Like Alcaraz last year was an obligation but he didnt start enough to triger it.
