The top clubs seem to do ok with 2 - and they have a lot more games than us to worry about.

Arsenal - aubameyang, lacazette
City - Aguero, Jesus
Chelsea - giroud, higuain

We don’t need 3 strikers when we only play 1 and have Richarlison who is capable of playing there. We need 1 top class striker with DCL as back up.

...I honestly don’t have a problem buying young players like this. It’s a strategy that has worked out very well, Stones alone bringing £50m into the club, DCL a regular who only cost £1m. Most will fail, but we have to accept that.

I doubt it. We will try to get in one starting striker only IMO.

Young players/prospects and guaranteed starters, together with a massive fire sale, will be the order of business this summer.

Martinez saw a fit young player with lots of promise. The player turned into an injury prone liability. Why would you hate Martinez ?

Please explain to me where the "promise" was with Shani Tarashaj? In all likelihood, Martinez probably never even watched him play. Martinez's transfer record was utterly abysmal, and the crap he spouts about a roll of the dice transfer like Tarashaj is laughable: "Shani is an enormous young talent in Swiss football who, without a doubt, will have a great future".
