If he's guaranteed more game time there I suppose there is some logic to it especially as they've lost Martin-Indi and don't look like getting him back.

But, it looks to me like he's staying here.

Batshuayi and dembele have plenty of time to improve, we'll be buying potential.

Giroud will be on a decline as with every other striker once they reach 30. I'll be surprise if he'll be as decent as he is now in 2 years time. And we'll probable sign him on a 3/4 year deal. what's the point in the long run?

I think Giroud's stats are good for a player who has been a bit part player and sub a lot and who's team do not play to his strengths in the slightest.

I'd be very confident he would out score Rooney and Sandro for us.

Spurs are a prime example of buying potential and bringing youth through

Young squad and look at them now.

Whereas Man City's team got old (they're trying to youthen) as they went backwards
