check out the lob from his own half at around 50 seconds. More videos of him on youtube and he seems to have a lovely left-foot. Doesn't score that many goals which means Koeman might fancy him on the left-wing/right-wing if the story is true.

I watch a lot of Spanish footy and have seen this lad a fair few times, IMO we've already got a player exactly the same as him....... Deulofeu.

..yes, I took a look earlier and he does have a great left foot, even crossing with his left from the right side of the box. Talented lad, I would see him more in the Barkley type role but it's all conjecture.

he didn't.

he said we bid £50m for Koulibaly last summer.

Since then we've spent £34m in the January window.

So I don't think we have £60m to spend on one player.
He said we went all the way up to the asking price for the player, which the agent indicated that Chelsea bid £60m.

So you think we do have restrictions to spending despite our owner saying otherwise?

Someone has to be stretching the truth here, I'm beginning to believe it is our owner.

He's more a Mahrez type for me. He's also played 26 times for the Barcelona first-team and been part of two title-winning seasons (two 'doubles' too!) in that period, whereas Deulofeu has only played twice for their first-team.

All about opinions mate, similar to Deulofeu for me, pacey, skilful, defensive side of his game isn't too great either, (in the games I've seen him in)

When does the transfer window open seen a few different dates on here

Are we waiting on selling Lukaku before we do any business (Nothing changes sell to buy)

Just that once we have Lukaku money clubs will bump up players prices knowing we have cash to burn, wouldn't it make sense to bring players in before he goes!

aye, my bad
Have you listened to the interviews Defoe has done this week ?
Covering a wide range of subjects.
Comes across as a smashing lad, who has grown up big time having been a bit of a tit in his younger days.
Very good signing for Bournemouth as he will have a great influence on their kids, a couple I know well and honestly need a point in the right direction.

Anyway, have we signed anyone yet ??

I must admit, he's gone up I my estimations too.

The days of knocking around with the "celebrity " ground sheet Danielle Lloyd seem to be long gone.

I'd have never thought he'd turn into a model pro.

The death of his father was the turning point in his life.
Turned it right around since then.
Oddly the death of Tiger Woods father sent him in the opposite direction.
But I'm going off topic now.
