Can we have threads on other sports, golf, tennis, cricket etc along with the necessary betting angle?

Could I also suggest the introduction of a caption thread judged as follows, place it on line for five days, Danny and Dylan select the best five entires then we vote over the next two days (weekend). Prizes on offer, v/bet credits.

Suggestions aimed at keeping interest going in the forum over the 'holiday period' as we don't have a major football comp on this summer

I just said it is a girls version of a girls game, which is technically true.

baseball is like rounders (girls game) and softball is the girls version of baseball (a girls game).

I have seen some of the girls bowling in softball, I doubt I could even see the ball nevermind hit it!

Except, it isn't a girls version of a girls sport. Baseball is nothing like rounders, when was the last time you faced a 95mph fastball in rounders?? Hmm? Yep, I thought so.

Schoolgirls are the only one who play softball competitively, every body else does it for fun, of which it is TONS.

pfft, the speed of the ball makes no difference to the facts of the rules.

hit the ball, run around 4 bases and back home.
