But could someone confirm that players we need, or would like, to move on can still go to a club abroad until the end of August?

So it'll be hard to shift 'dead wood' abroad up until the 9th of Aug, but could still go by end of August. Thinking of Mirallas, Klaassen and Bolasie here. Trouble is, it'll probably be loan deals.

I can see their point, but it was preseason, the opposition was dreadful and we didn't win - so i hope we don't start planning around it just yet.

Are you joking ? You say Burnley would accept our bid for Pope for £20m, the very same Burnley who fleeced us for £30m for Michael Keane. Just think the money we could have saved if we wouldn't have employed Walsh and brands as DOF's.
