Does anyone here miss him? He was unlucky in the sense that Jelavic was on a high at a time
when he was getting accustomed to the pace of the English game.

Surely, if he had still been with us, and given Jelavic's poor form, we would have seen
more of him.
 

no. reminded me of the mid 90's when we were buying the likes of ginola and gascoigne. i liked him as a player and loved his enuthusiasum, but he simply wasn't good enough for a team challenging for europe. it was like a soccer reality TV show where some poor argentine got given the chance to train and play for a top british team
 

Did like the guy he had heart, but not the talent, think we would of got frustrated with him just like we are with jelly

A bit harsh. He is is doing reasonably well in Argentina again.

Never liked a guy as much as him, Since big dunc. Think he actually really started to improve near the end, Probably wouldve scored a few more goals this season, Think he did his job well, Won headers, Held the ball well, Worked hard. No one worked as hard as him.
 
Yes, I do miss him - but I am not the one paying his wages or taking any falls for the team's performances.

I think he loves us and has left with some fabulous memories. I wish him great success in whatever he does in life. x

yeah, that's not really going to swing it with me. take nothing away from the guy he's just not good enough. there simply is no point in having a striker in your squad when your trying to qualify for the champions league and he can only grab you about 2 goals a season. i liked him, but i hated it when i saw him warm up because i knew he wouldn't change the game
