I changed mine because I got bored of the Peter Griffin with a stroke picture.

Now it's my Halloween costume from a couple of years ago. I made a robot from aluminium ductwork, cardboard and duct-tape. Designed a hand so I could hold a beer, which got annoying, and made a velcro'd mouth plate so I could remove it to drink. Oh and I wrote Richbot using electrical tape and had xmas lights poke thru the letters.
