Sounds like he is playing well for Ireland U17s tonight - against the Faroe Islands but you need to start somewhere

Like I said earlier in this thread, he's very highly rated and I was told he's the best prospect to come out of Ireland in many years. Could have gone Anywhere but chose Everton.
 

by the times hes ready he will make his debut in the championship, another wonderkid , we must have so many wonderkids waiting to break through. we will be like barcelona in 5 years time

This must be a major selling point for us at the moment. Why go to a club like Chelsea when you just get farmed out on loan and end up stalling like McEachran or Chalobah, when you can come here and be getting regular 1st team football even if you're not very good, like Chebes.

His Dad played for Bohemians in thier famous 3-2 win against Rangers. He has moved over to Liverpool with him so that should keep him on the straight and narrow, and from getting homesick. This can be a huge problem with young Irish players going over there.

I have heard from numerous different sources- none from the club he joined from, that he is THE best Irish player at his age ever. The previous best at that age was Duff who started his career looking like a world beater but tailed off pretty young.

A lot can happen in the next 3 to 4 years but we have a great prospect on our hands.
