Do you mean Kenneth 'Monkey' Sellar (11 August 1906 – 15 May 1989) who was a member of the 1928 Five Nations Championship team which won the triple crown?
I believe he was also a celebrated commander in the Royal Navy and took part in the Battle of Walcheren Causeway and the Allied invasion of Sicily.
Don't think he was related to our Irish signing...but I've been wrong before

That's him. Good old Monkey.

Could be related, those sailors go from dock to dock you know.

any relation to uri geller, famed spoon bender, and friends with famous dead peado's?

I wonder if having irish first teamers will help in signing irish talent, you would have thought so, like with mirallas and lukaku later on

A good friend of mine is a League of Ireland Division One manager and he told me that this kid Kinsella is the best Irish prospect he has ever seen. Told me that he is very highly thought of. Can play anywhere across the midfield as he has a great allround game as well as da pace and skillz.

The kids father is a former pro turned physio (like Roberto) and designed the FAI's strength and conditioning programme. He's well looked after and advised. He could have had his pick of top premier league clubs.

Just shows what attractive proposition Everton are right now. It's seen as a club where you might get a chance, in a team playing positive and attractive football with a manager who can talk the talk when it comes to a players physical development.

This must be a major selling point for us at the moment. Why go to a club like Chelsea when you just get farmed out on loan and end up stalling like McEachran or Chalobah, when you can come here and be getting regular 1st team football even if you're not very good, like Chebes.

Ive heard the same mate, hes a top top prospect, but then that is coiming from inside his old club Templeouge United, i would say this though the standard he is coming from is Amateur well below what you would get in the lowest level of semi professional in the UK, albeit hes a youth international, to put that into context the likes of Seamus and Roy Keane came from say a Newcastle United and Swansea is relative porfessional Irish terms, Stephen is coming from a local Sunday League team - but then so did the likes of Robbie Keane and Duff.
