Tried to be supportive of this fella and this is the first negative thing I've said about him, but, he should be sacked with immediate effect. He has left us in a complete mess.

Only 5 players on that pitch have been signed since Moyes left 4 and a half years ago.

Williams
Pickford
McCarthy
Lennon
Rooney

There's as many Moyes players starting tonight that there is players bought by either of the last two managers. 3.

Jagielka
Baines
Mirallas

What a disaster. Could've set us back years, or at the very least, cost us a fortune as there is going to be a premium on what we need, which Stevie Wonder could see, yet he couldn't.

Pathetic.

Walshie.
You know Vardy will rag Williams and Jags everywhere this weekend.
Have a word with Unsy please lad ?
Ta.

Have to say, his position should at least come under serious scrutiny.

His saving grace may be that he was appointed after Koeman, and we would have done well to wait I think.

I was seriously concerned concerning the mix and balance of signings we made in the summer, but opted to put those concerns aside in the general wave of enthusiasm that was building.

I am one that actually still thinks a DOF role is required and relevant but there is so much to do without the person muddying the waters when it comes to 1st team squad transfers.

He is Director of Football, either he didn't do enough "directing" or that which he did do has contributed to our current state.

Not exactly a glowing recommendation for him either way.

Having an absolute laugh isn't he. Buys a load of overrated, overpriced rubbish from lower (at that point :( ) teams and adds nothing to the club.

Failed experiment. Sack.

His brother Mikey Walsh was a useless player for us as well in the early 80's.A right pair of useless good for nothing cretins the two Walsh boys are.

Alot of guessing going on here...with koeman we could see the tactics and players are wrong, with walsh we dont know completely why things went wrong..

moshiri was pretty swift with koeman, so if he saw a problem with walsh surely he would have sacked him too?
