Now look what you've done.

Their KEIOC vein in the side of their head is bulging and they're in a typing wage.

Everton as it stands without extra money = stagnant.

Everton with more and investment = win stuff possibly.

This is where your argument falls down.

Prove that we get investment by moving to Kirkby.

And extra few rupees a year.

And potential new investment, which is more probable than if we remain the status quo now.

What about the rest of my argument?

Prove the slanderous [Poor language removed] that's posted about Kenwright on here.

Nope, that was the bit I wanted to have a go at, which you sidestepped.

And I don't post that slanderous [Poor language removed]. I have nothing against the man, apart from his money (or lack thereof) and his (seeming) ineptitude

I thought I answered that mate. Ok, if not:Liverpool Echo.co.uk - News - Liverpool Local News - Everton FC for sale: Bill Kenwright ready to sell to the right bidder

I agree with that, a new stadium in place would probably attract more investment that were being offered now.

The £400m, 50,000-seater modern ground would instantly make the club more valuable and therefore more attractive to would-be buyers.
But today the ECHO can reveal Kenwright has been in talks for years with Russian, American and Dutch investors who registered an interest in the club.

If all that's true, why have we not been sold?

That article's over a year old, yet not one shred of interest? We re an established top 5 team, crying out for "investment and no ones interested?

Somethng's not right.

And his lies, dont forget his lies.

No one can prove that, but it jus doesn't seem right.

Why would going to Kirkby change that? If we were bought, a new owner would still be paying for the cost of that new stadium, because the the club would cost more to buy. Probably relatively a lot more than the stadium would cost for the current regime to build. So the investor is loosing out by buying us later, rather than now.

It doesn't add up for me.

Somethng's not right. That's your suspicious mind mate, were not an attractive proposition at present it seems. So we have to make it more attractive. Like putting lipstick on Phil Neville.

No one can prove that, but it jus doesn't seem right. Again, he-llo conspiracy theorists. Like Uncle Davek.

It doesn't add up for me.

Donald Trump is just biding his time mate, you'll see. (used) Condo(m)s and PentHouses (the mag) are going to be the future in Kirkby Hills.

I cant quote already quoted stuff you horror.

I meant all that looking for an invester stuff. If he really is, why is there no interest. All those Americans and Indians and other people that are interested. Where are they??

And I agree with you with the looking attractive bit. But we're not doing that by moving to a cheap stadium in a retail park in a small town (no disrespect meant).

And what's wrong with conspiracy theories? You're trying cover up the fact you're an alien aren't you?

I take my skin off revealing my giant alien being, and eat mice mate.

You'd think we would be able to attract investment based upon our football side of the business and fanbase wouldn't you.

Bad, bad tightarse rich people in the world that's what.

The new stadium

Three big games and one big announcement! It appears certain from all sources that we should hear about Kirkby this week as it is the deadline set by the Secretary of State - a phone call, followed by an email, followed by a posting on the Department of Communities and Local Government website will announce the fate of our new stadium project.

Uncertainty has surrounded our planned move since the summer of 2008 and the intervention of central government after Knowsley Council had granted approval. Following our mobilisation of resources to attend the inquiry last November, it is disappointing to be waiting for a decision a year later. The debate on why we need to do something, why we can’t upgrade Goodison, why there aren’t any other affordable options and why Kirkby works for us has been churned over time and time again.

The Club’s position is as it has always been – our ability to compete at the top of the Premier League has to be sustained by filling a large, modern stadium and, as has been the case for well over a decade, the only viable and affordable option is Kirkby.

Accordingly, we believe a ‘yes’ decision is the right decision for Everton.
A ‘yes’ will precipitate further discussions with our partners, firming up of the final pieces of the stadium specification and a focus on the funding of the new facility. Hard work, lots of challenges, plenty of excitement, new opportunities and, ultimately, a goal to be proud of.

The wait is nearly over; we will know if all of this is about to start very, very soon!

So, three years in the plotting and the planning and he's telling us that even if it is a Yes to the stadium it's back to talking about it and dreaming of getting the money for it?

Well done, son. You'll make your old feller, George Formby, very proud.
