Not sure I've ever got an answer for this despite asking numerous times.
Why are we the only club in the Premier League that has these ridiculously loud and jarring tannoy messages mid match ? It used to happen at Goodison regularly and now happens at the new stadium.
I've genuinely never heard such a thing at another Premier League game in all my years of watching, yet we bust out these 'operation blah blah' messages regularly.
What's up with that? Every televised Everton game you can see comments from non everton fans on other sites asking wtf the announcements are about, so it's not just me that's puzzled.
Proper grates on me, just from watching on TV, can only imagine how annoying it is in the stadium.

The 90's dance music played overloudly is like a form of torture,millions of songs to choose from but why this narrow choice,it's awful...
One match, announcements were that bad, I thought we were in The Wheeltappers and Shunters Social Club!
Sadly I've not been (yet) but even when I'm telly clapping in my armchair I think they could do with sorting the mess out and bring Graeme White back
