Came across this nonsense earlier ... at first I was getting pissed, but the pomposity of the posts began to get the better of me. They take themselves so seriously ...

Riquelme to Everton? Yoor 'avin a laarf, intcha?[/QUOT

He says why are Spurs not interested, hmm Probably because Spurs have about 10 midfielders!!! I dont like why he thinks Riquelme going to Everton is not possible, but a move to Spurs is!!! Oh yeah because they can offer him so much more!!!:dodgy: :dodgy: :dodgy:

nothing too bad in there, at least they know they have a couple of lemons in midfield that they need rid of (jenas, murphy)

funny how one of them considers spurs in the same brackety as man ure and arsenal.

delusional pillocks.

one of the founder members of "we have lots of money so we must be a big club" brigade

it would be funny, except they believe it and i feel sorry for that

The London equivalent of the RS. Tossers. But the sheer arrogance that they think they are better than us, when did they last finish above us in the Prem. When did they Qual for Europe.

Good team in the 60s and 70s, though, Robert. I always thought of them being similar to us when I was growing up - and Arsenal being the RS.

When football resumed in 1919, the First Division was expanded from 20 to 22 teams. The Football League extended one of the additional places to 19th-place Chelsea (who would have been relegated with Spurs for the 1915-1916 season) and the other to Arsenal. This promotion - Arsenal had finished only fifth in Division 2 the previous season - was controversial, and cemented a bitter rivalry (begun six years earlier, with Arsenal's relocation to Tottenham's hinterland) that continues to this day.

They have always thought they were better than us, that is why it is so good to beat them but that home game last season was a sickener.

spurs fans, what the hell are they getting all uppity about?

whats their highest PL finish?

Spurs fans make me laugh - an old boss of mine refused to talk to me for a week because I made a 'remark' to her about them losing 2-0 Leeds a few years back!

Another mate of mine declared his retirement from supporting them in front of a packed pub when losing 3-1 (i think) to Southampton in a cup game, before Ronnie Rosenthal hit a super hatrick - needless to say he suddenly reinstated himself to the board of fickle supporters Ltd!! (best bit about him was his house backed onto Highbury!!)

My sisters bloke is a spurs fan too - I watch him lose money on stupid bets!!

Spurs fans make me feel better about myself!!:D
