This stuff is not nice to see and everyone, including the club, need to help lower the tensions.

We urgently need change but we need everyone to calm down as well. This is not sustainable.

Its gutting to see the mess this club is in and we're going to have to go through worse before it gets better. But we have to stop having a go at each other and try to find more common ground as a fanbase.
