So who didn’t renew?

I wonder if the waiting list will decrease like last time he was manager? Getting a ST post Moyes was very easy.

Yeah, that chellenging for Europe thing must be a real killer to the people wanting to get a season ticket.

Simple thing is people only wanted to get on the season tickets when we were bought out. People expected us to kick on and it didnt happen.

Then it was all about us leaving goodison and going to the new stadium. So people were never going to give up their ticket and it pushed up demand.

Now the novelty has worn off i can see the season tickets dropping again unless we get champions league or something.

Then you'll get all the usual suspects running back.

That one was key to the retention of ST retention.

It's a once only trick for the club though; many will just say "get a FB membership and I can cherry pick as and when it suits".

Club usually broadcast with pride how many renewed, be interesting to see if they do the same this time.
I reckon the true figure will be about 80/85% but the club will publish whatever figure they think people will believe.
To answer the OP's question I didn't renew due in large part to the Moyes factor. Will still go to selected matches though.

Does anyone know, if you give up your season ticket do you go to the bottom of the waiting list? (In the unlikely event of the club enjoying a resurgence and you wanting a season ticket again).

I would image so mate. In the past I have been a 300 club member and also a people's club member but had to give them up because of my wife's bad health but that counts for nothing now.
I am about 8000 on the waiting list so I doubt I get offered one this year but you never know how many people won't take one if offered.

Unless you had also bought a forever blue membership whilst holding a season ticket, I think you may well drop to the bottom of the waiting list?

I have renewed, but i sort of regret it now as I genuinely did think these owners were ambitious, if Moyes is given a 3 year contract that is me done, I will sell my seat as much as I can for the season
Same.

Do we actually know the FB membership structure will stay the same for next season, with a few not renewing their ST, I hope there's a decent alternative to getting a ticket

If Moyes is still manager you've got a fighting chance
