Fellaini sold for £27m, knock a couple of mill off for the sell on fee to Liege.
McCarthy bought for £13m leaves £12m. Loan fees/wages for Barry and Lukaku leaves £9m or so.
Then you've got the issue of agents fees.
We wouldn't have £10m left over.

I hate the reply of 'this isn't FM' but sometimes it's deserved. Calculating the maths involved with our transfers without knowing the figures at all and coming out with 10 million is ludicrous.
I maintain that there should be money to spend, purely because of the increased tv revenues, but from the noises heard from Martinez it would seem we've used it to stabilise the club so that we don't need to sell anyone. Martinez mentioned being in a position to make 'football decisions', and therefore I would hazard a guess that this comes from the receipt of the pending tv monies which clubs without valuable assets like Norwich have spent on their playing squads.
Before Davek bites my digital head off, I'm not advocating this conduct of the board if true, I'm merely using it to illustrate that we don't really have any idea about how much our transfer activity has actually cost us and therefore how much is in the kitty. Further, we have no idea how much the club has swallowed up the new revenues to try and stabilise.
