If they statistically have won it yes, and those in the relegation zone are also down, yes. Otherwise no. Season starts again, no promotion/relegation.

I'd give them it. And I'd also reverse the result against athletico Madrid in the CL just because they are the greatest greatest most wonderful fantastic team that has ever graced football
