Let Davie see out his current contract (one more year I believe) and if he secures a European place then re-sign him and if he doesn't then we part ways.

Reading around other places, I can't help feel the worm is turning. Even in conservative, comfy cardy territory like The People's Forum, there is an open discussion on Iraola versus Glasner. It's almost as if Moyes has left the building...and they love the Moyesiah. Bless.

This is quite the change from a month or two ago. I'd say there might be a bit more riding on these last two games than we thought after blowing Europe...

I noticed a similar vibe change BTL over on The Athletic earlier also

That was this year's deal...
According to the Echo

"New David Moyes deal is perfect way for Everton to sign off first Hill Dickinson Stadium season

The Everton manager will take charge of the team's last home match of the season and then have just over a year on his current contract left to run."

So the decision should be made next year.

The worry for me is he and his side kicks are so embedded in the transfer committee, that we’re already pursuing his selections….. which will either scupper any replacements plans, or guarantee his retention.
Even if he sees out his contract, that will £120m this season plus I suspect as much again this summer - TFG surely can’t be planning on spending that sort of dough every summer?
I fear TFG see this season as acceptable on their road map and are content to continue on this path 🫩
