Used brylcream like yourself Pat obviously haha
haha probably

they were both great obviously, and anytime we had a free kick and sheedy was taking it you could pretty much chalk a goal up straight away before he'd taken it

but for me Trev' was just a bit more exciting to watch, his goal against Bayern is etched onto my memory, would have loved him to stay with us a few years longer, what a team we had

This is like choosing between your children, but here goes:

In terms of value to the team, TS shades KS but that's as much to do with Sharp and Gray as TS.

Individually KS shades TS

Simple...why pick..they played opposite wings so have them both!

I think Trev was so much more exciting going forward, but Sheedy was great with dead balls and putting the ball in to the box.

Fond memories of both.

Agree with a lot of comments on here, and would add that Sheedy was the first Everton player who could pass a ball on to a sixpence, whereas Steven was so difficult to knock off the ball and worked sublimely with Gary Stevens as a right sided pair.

I think Sheedy.

If for no better reason than he became and remains a True Blue.

I don't think Steven ever became an "Evertonian" as such.

Plus he appeared disinterested in his latter days, culminating with the lid running on the pitch and remonstrating with him at Wembley in the '89 Cup Final.

sheeds just for me,just sublime whether on the left or in the 87 season in the middle at times, made lineker imo when he was here, tricky was probably the most well balanced elegant player I've seen in a blue shirt but as I recall trev played the game a bit more safe with
the simple ball more after he came back from England duty and don Howe had got at him, doh!!!

This. Like saying who would you prefer - Neville Southall or Andy Gray. Played totally opposite positions. Both class.
