Can you point to the drive for success since the 80’s?? I’d love you to show me the pursuit of growth and success for Everton FC that you talk about??

You won’t be able to because it’s been one show to the next, and our issues have run from top to bottom. Moyes isn’t and wasn’t the problem, whatever side of the fence you sit on with Moyes.

I was honestly considering a thread with a similar title, but totally different take.

Honestly hate this forum these days - 90% posters I imagine furiously typing in 3 day old undies:

We have truly entered the post-reality, nobhead, instant gratification, dark times... truely tiresome listening to the buffoons. Funny thing is - any conversation with actual match going fans is completely different. Sure they want success, sure they want the best players, sure the want scintillating 70's brazil football...

but they also realise this aint football manager, we literally just escaped relegation 4 years in a row, have had one transfer window, have zero full backs, have increased the quality of about 50% of the starting 11, with the remaining 50% to go. That we are even disussing europe chances under such conditions is probably unthinkable under any of our previous managers going back to Moyes 1!
