Semi final tickets - where are you sitting?

So I was part of a group booking for two Aston Villa tickets, and definitely provided both customer numbers, but they've only credited one account and made a new account in the same name for the second ticket - spoke to helpful lady on the telephone but she said I'd have to ring back tomorrow to speak to the group booking co-ordinator but usually there is nothing they can do.

As you've probably guessed, this takes my Dad below the five ticket mark - has anyone got any experience with this, and how did it go? I didn't mess up, seems to be a mistake with either the club or the university I booked through.

I am in the same boat in regards to having tickets applied to the wrong account. Fortunately I am still above the 5 so I don't need to call and see if I can transfer them. I was told by someone else who once tried that they won't do it but I would have tried anyway.

Norwich, Man City, Dagenham and Chelsea in the cups mate - just those away credits you get by virtue of going to home cup matches.

I went to City away in the LC but under somebody else's customer number and Leeds in pre-season but no credits for that.

When did u ever get a credit for pre season haha

I am sorted like but just wanted to say as I don't believe they will sell Everton tickets in Utd end .

The way I read it, the tickets are just spares from what's left over from the sponsors allocations, so they're not necessarily with the Everton or United/West Ham fans but you could be allocated a seat that's in the West End of the stadium - if that makes sense?

I took it that's it's the middle bit behind the dug outs that's always empty after half time!? The neutral section as they call it!?

I just thought they've given some of that allocation to Everton so our 'official' end will go further along past the half way line.

Could be totally wrong though

You could be right, that's just the way I interpreted it because of how it's worded - 'These remaining tickets are for locations across the stadium and there is a limited number of tickets available in each price band' - it doesn't sound like its a block of seats together.

they used to hand these things out at matches to decide who qualified

That's the Bobby Moore hospitality section, a ticket in there is about £1500 for most games

Club sorted it for me, a bit surprised, but it was their mistake. Lad was dead helpful - doubt they'll do it for you if you can't prove it wasn't your fault.
