Season ticket waiting list/membership

I need to add my six month old to either the season ticket waiting list or get him a membership. Having huge trouble doing so.

Is the waiting list closed for season tickets? Equally, have they stopped selling memberships?

Would this not be a question better asked of the ticket office frandelino?

Maybe the fanservice people on twitter.

If you get to the front of the que and don't go for it, you sadly you lose your place, I found this via a fam member during the first year of waiting list in 2016 I think.
