He kept us up without a CF to his name ahead of a good Leicester side.
That alone should warrant this season in the dugout.
Performances have in the main been solid - if we had 1-2 players in the team who were somewhat prolific and actual full backs who could attack and defend I think results would be much improved.
I also think talk of Branthwaite getting a big money move to Man City etc. is premature - the boys got potential but for me a fully fit Yerry Mina is a better defender.
I'm not sure why you're talking about
Branthwaite but, for what it's worth, I agree that this talk of him being "better than Stones" is premature. He is undoubtedly better than Keane, however, so I'm glad he's playing.
We have centre forwards now and we're still losing at home to terrible sides.
Honestly, I don't care about performances, I care about results and results have been very poor against mediocre opposition. The two games against decent opposition in the league, Villa away and Arsenal at home, have been utter horror shows.
We have another opportunity against poor quality opposition at home against Bournemouth next. After that the fixtures get tougher, if he continues to fail against weaker opposition it's hard, given the way he approached the Arsenal game, to imagine that he's going to get the results we need.
