If we go down the 2 main reasons on top of having a poor group of player is, dyche should have been made manager day after the Bournemouth league game. Second not getting a replacement in for dcl. Those home games and time wasted will be the difference I fear if we don’t avoid the drop. So my question is if god forbid we do go down by the odd few points, would you be happy to stick with dyche?. In hoping can he completely remodel the team into a team with pride and passion and worth ethnic, with quality added on top.

Dyche never should have been made manager, but yes Lampard should have been sacked then.

He's doing the same things he did at Burnley for a decade. We know what he is.

The legions of managers across Europe with actual tactical plans. The guy at Rennes. The guy at Reims. Knutsen. Try for the dudes at Frankfurt and Union. I'd risk it for someone from South America if they actually have a system that attacks and defends.

This isn't a gotcha. I actually think it's ignorant as hell because there are so many better options if you care to look.

My only hope was he'd gone away and worked some things out. He clearly hasn't. The Dyche of the last decade only ends up one place. The only hope was he decided to adapt and he didn't.

Yes we should sack him and hire a better manager just like we should have with Lampard. We'll probably fail again but we should still do the right thing and try.
