Isn't that his experience as a PL manager over the last 6 years or so? I think the relevance is that Everton is a PL club, Dyche is a manager with PL experience, and it makes sense to look at the manager's record in the PL when considering appointing him as manager.

Mate Everton have been a 442 hard to beat, aggressive team, many times before. Surely this is just like the days of old? A team with 100% commitment, defined roles, and hard to beat?

Days of old with decent managers.

Were talking about a crap manager that has more relegations under his belt then top half finishes.

34% win rate, over 600 top flight goals conceded in less the a decade and averages less then a scoring a goal a game.

I could understand bringing him in if he had a reputation for keeping teams up but he has the opposite

I’ll be honest, he’s an ok appointment who I think probably has enough about him to keep this squad up especially if we sell Gordon and reinvest

I might not have been so disappointed about this if it wasn’t for the big Bielsa links which really excited me because he’s a nut job and Everton have been so crap and boring for so long now I wanted excitement
