Even if Dyche has us pushing for europe next season there’ll still be those that dont like him because he hasn’t got the sky sports pat on the head approval from the likes of Carragher and Neville. That seemingly seems to be more important these days than the actual results Everton managers get.
Yeah this is definitely it.

And by "it" I mean "solidifying yourself as a troll in the same crap vein as carlin and foreverbozo92".

I mean we had young players available at the time, even the commentators were wondering why he's chosen two keepers instead of any youth player haha

But he'll definitely want to buy and play young players next year tho, for sure, 100%

:hayee:
He played the players he had left, a certain Frank & the DOF let squad players go out on loan in needed positions - they signed no one in the January window - he was left with a depleted injured squad - you can only use the players named in that squad - sending squad players out on loan was just plain stupid - Dyche inherited all of that mess .....

Some of us do recognise this.

The others still think we’re as good as 1985…
No others think the ambition and expectation shouldn't be 17th or the 40 point mark.

Sadly Kenwright and co has crippled expectation and lowered the standards at this club and a lot of our fans don't know anything else.
HIs ambition for the last 20 years has been to consolidate PL status (They're his good times and the odd trip to Wembley) and he hit the jackpot when Moyes came along.

Look at what our fans want us to achieve next season or would be happy with.

You can only use the players named in the squad, who train and travel with the squad, play for the 2nd team and all, but can't feature even on the bench for us. Wonder why? lol

I get it, but he should be criticised for stupid mistakes, otherwise it's Lampard Mk2.

No way could you throw a young lad in our relegation position - players were sent out on loan - only Ali was the correct loan player .....

I don’t know but if we’re flirting with relegation heavily again next season then we aren’t really stable are we?
If were flirting with relegation next season with the gash that's in it next season then that becomes Lampard levels of incompetency.

Look at half of the PL next season.

Burnley
Luton
Forest

Good players are good players, all this tells us is that 1) Dyche is confirming he's Dyche and isn't looking to youth/younger players at all* and 2) they're all crap.

* You absolutely can, also, if we were thinking like that we'd never play Rooney back when he was 16 - you're either good or not. And we're talking about 30 min against tired legs for a young winger/midfielder, which is how Gordon "rose" to fame last year by the way.

Also we’ve got rid of the Yorkshire Globetrotters and Leicester with their world class talent and the Isaac Newton of the footballing world that is Dean Smith which should help a lot.

Yeah I’m sure Neville and Carragher have been praising him for years for the job he did at Burnley too. Very weird comment.

Now weirder than you saying if he’s near the bottom three in December you want him sacked. You’ve not even seen next year’s squad yet ffs. What if Everton sell Pickford Onana and DCL and don’t get adequate replacements. You’d still then want to sack a manager who was keeping a squad that had been in a relegation battle for two seasons out of the bottom three?

So we have no money, we have an abysmal DoF, we have a manager who favours old farts and all of their track records point to 1 thing and 1 thing only - pensioners on relatively big wages.

It's not a "what if", it's "when".

There tactical masterclasses will be sorely missed by absolutely no one!!

A half decent manager gets us around 10th-11th next season and that's without much progress.
